By submitting a request for certification review with Quality Crusade, the applying individual or organization acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions governing eligibility, evaluation procedures, and the public transparency standards of the Quality Crusade program.
These terms are intended to ensure clarity, fairness, and accountability within the certification process.
Eligibility Requirements
Submission of a certification request does not automatically qualify an applicant for evaluation or certification.
To be considered eligible for review, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
The applying organization must have been in active business for a minimum of five (5) years.
The organization must operate within residential construction, renovation, or related trade services.
Applicants must be willing to provide documentation, references, and proof of installation methodologies if requested.
Applicants must be willing to undergo potential reputation, background, and business vetting.
Applicants must acknowledge that site inspections or additional verification steps may be required during the review process.
Quality Crusade reserves the right to request additional documentation or clarification at any point during the evaluation process.
Failure to provide requested materials may result in suspension or termination of the certification review.
Certification Review Process
Quality Crusade certification reviews are conducted using a structured evaluation process that may include, but is not limited to:
Professional interviews regarding construction methodologies
Technical review of installation practices
Evaluation of engineering and structural approaches
Review of documented projects and construction practices
Reputation monitoring and reference verification
Review of public records, legal history, or disputes where applicable
Verification of additional certifications, credentials, or industry affiliations
Potential on-site inspections or field verification of methods
Certification classifications may be awarded across individual scopes of work, and an organization’s Master Certification Class may be determined based on the averaging methodology described in the Quality Crusade classification framework.
Quality Crusade reserves full discretion regarding the determination, classification, or denial of certification status.
Certification Availability & Review Timing
Submission of a certification request does not guarantee immediate review or evaluation.
Certification reviews are conducted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to:
Regional demand
Market saturation within a geographic area
Certification program capacity
Availability of evaluation resources
Program development priorities
Quality Crusade reserves the right to delay, prioritize, or decline review requests based on these considerations.
Applicants may remain on a review queue until evaluation capacity becomes available.
No Guarantee of Certification
Participation in the certification review process does not guarantee certification.
Quality Crusade maintains full authority to determine whether an applicant:
Qualifies for certification
Qualifies for certification within specific scopes
Qualifies for a particular classification level
Does not meet the standards required for certification
Quality Crusade may decline to certify an applicant if the evaluation determines that the organization does not meet the required standards.
Limitation of Liability
Quality Crusade provides certification classifications based on its internal evaluation standards and review methodologies.
By submitting a certification request, the applicant agrees that:
Quality Crusade does not guarantee future performance, outcomes, or results of any certified organization.
Quality Crusade cannot be held liable for business impacts, financial outcomes, reputational consequences, or contractual disputes resulting from certification reviews or classifications.
Certification represents an evaluation of information available at the time of review and may not reflect future operational changes.
Applicants acknowledge that certification is a professional recognition program, not a warranty, guarantee, or insurance of services.
Transparency & Publication of Results
Quality Crusade operates under a principle of consumer transparency.
By submitting a certification request, the applicant explicitly acknowledges and agrees that:
The results of the certification process may be publicly published.
Quality Crusade reserves the right to publish certification classifications on any of its platforms, including but not limited to websites, directories, publications, marketing materials, or educational resources.
Certification outcomes may be shared with consumers, homeowners, industry partners, and the general public.
This publication may include:
Certification class rankings
Scope-based classifications
Organizational name and professional information
Certification status (approved, pending, declined, or revoked)
Applicants understand and agree that public transparency is a core principle of the Quality Crusade program.
Agreement to Public Disclosure
By requesting certification review, the applicant agrees that the results of the certification process will be publicly accessible for the purpose of consumer awareness and industry transparency.
Applicants waive any claims against Quality Crusade related to the publication of certification outcomes or classification results.
Program Authority
Quality Crusade reserves the right to:
Modify certification standards or review procedures
Update classification methodologies
Reevaluate certifications periodically
Suspend or revoke certifications if standards are no longer met
Participation in the certification process constitutes acceptance of all program policies and procedures as determined by Quality Crusade.

Quality Crusade operates as an independent third-party organization that evaluates contractors based on available information, documented practices, and established review criteria at the time of assessment. While our certification and classification processes are designed to provide transparency and insight into construction standards and methodologies, Quality Crusade does not control or supervise the day-to-day operations, business practices, or performance of individual contractors.
As such, Quality Crusade cannot be held liable for the performance, conduct, outcomes, or experiences associated with any contractor, whether certified by Quality Crusade or not. Project results, workmanship, communication, scheduling, and customer experience may vary based on numerous factors outside the control of Quality Crusade.
Certification or listing within the Quality Crusade platform represents an independent evaluation of a contractor’s practices and qualifications at the time of review and does not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or endorsement of future performance. Consumers are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence, request references, review contracts carefully, and ensure clear expectations are established with any contractor prior to beginning a project.
By using information provided by Quality Crusade, consumers acknowledge that contractor selection and project outcomes remain the responsibility of the parties directly involved in the project agreement.
